The rules are very straightforward and involve the player attempting to achieve the best mixture of cards as you can in order to win money. A common list of winning hands begins with jacks or better, moving on to 2 pairs, three of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and last but not least royal flushes. It goes without saying that the payout schedule can change from game to game, so that discerning gamblers are agile enough to select the most profitable ones each instance.
Once the first round has played out, the player can either choose to stay on and try to to increase their earnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to retrieve any money that they may have won. Additionally, several versions of the game give the gambler an opportunity to double their profits, in which situation another round is played. There are also variations between specific games, with some virtual decks including wild cards and other differing characteristics to enhance playability.
