Video Poker is a beloved game that is able to be played in casinos throughout the globe, or in your house on your PC, through an Internet connection. The rules are absolutely straightforward and involve the player attempting to get the greatest mixture of cards achievable in order to win cash. Normally, the minimum succeeding hand on a Video Poker machine is a pair of jacks with the award money getting larger for each better hand. A list of common winning hands starts with jacks or better, moving on to two pairs, three of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, four of a kinds, straight flushes and finally royal flushes. It should be known that the payout schedule can range from machine to machine, so that discerning players are agile enough to select the most money-making game every instance.

As soon as the first round has finished, the player can either choose to remain on in an attempt to maximize their winnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to retrieve any money that they may have won. Further, some versions of the game give the gambler an opportunity to double their wins, in which case a further round is played. There are also variations between specific games, with some virtual decks having wild cards and other varying elements to enhance playability.
