    [ English ]

Video-Poker is really a game of talent – and using the simple combination of betting strategy and mathematical understanding, is usually beat. Take note of the "pay off schedule" shown on the front of each device, and appear particularly at the most critical information – how significantly the machine will pay for a Full-House vs . a Flush.

An advanced electronic-poker player will also realise that a "Jacks-or-Better" machine – classed as a nine/six machine for paying out nine coins: 1 for every Full House and 6: 1 for each and every Flush, might be beaten using best Basic Electronic-Poker Method. One more machine offering the advanced electronic poker player an edge is the ten/six Deuces Wild device. These odds have been established as a result of personal computer modelling. For that other machines – even if a gambler plays the Perfect Electronic Poker System game, he will still not win, though will have fun wagering!

You will find set rules defining Basic Video-Poker Technique whether betting online or in a casino – much like the Basic Method for Black jack,

    Jacks-or-Better Electronic-Poker System

    • In any hand with a Jack, unless the hand is already a winner! – four to an open-ended Straight, four to a Flush or 3 to some Straight Flush or Royal Flush – refuse all cards only keeping the Jack
    • In any hand having only 1 card Jack or above, preserve the single superior card and reject all other cards and redraw.
    • In any hand holding one pair less than than Jacks, maintain the pair and refuse all other cards – unless of course the hand is 4 into a Straight or 4 to some Flush
    • In any hand having a 2-pair, hold both pair and refuse the odd-card.
    • In any hand having three-of-a-kind maintain the 3-of-a-kind and refuse the other 2 cards.
    • In any hand having 4 into a Straight, preserve all four Straight cards and re-draw – unless the Straight draw isn’t open-ended and the hand is holding a Jack)
    • In any hand having 4 to some Flush, retain the four Flush – unless of course the hand holds three to the Royal in which case you would draw to the Royal Flush
    • In any hand having 4-of-a-kind, hold anything since a one-card draw won’t increase the cards.
    • In any hand having 3 to a Royal Flush, reject almost everything else and go for that Royal – unless of course the hand is already a Sraight Flush!

Practice these methods while playing – perhaps even use to refer to the Basic Electronic-Poker techniques until they become 2nd nature. Go on …get the talent and hit those video poker machines!
